- Proposals considered by the EPA
Appeals against decisions of the Environmental Protection Authority, including a decision 'Not to Assess' a proposal, or a Report and Recommendations of the EPA
- Emissions from prescribed premises
Appeals against decisions of the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation in relation to works approvals and licences for prescribed premises
- Clearing of native vegetation
Appeals against decisions of the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation or the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety in relation to clearing of native vegetation
- Environmental protection notices
Appeals against vegetation conservation notices, environmental protection notices, closure notices, and other types of environmental notices
- Noise Regulations
Appeals against approvals, exemptions and notices under the Noise Regulations
- Other
Appeals relating to controlled waste licences or action plans for used packaging material
Appeals under legislation dealing with water entitlements are determined by the
State Administrative Tribunal.
